Why Do Some People Believe That Repayment of Their Debts is Optional?
Richard R. Hubbard is an attorney with nearly 20 years of debt collection experience. "I can tell you that many people do not pay even relatively small bills ($75.00 to $2,000.00) because they have learned that, aside from nasty letters and phone calls from collection agencies, nothing will happen," explains Attorney Hubbard.
The Law Office of Richard R. Hubbard can provide these people with a different experience. We can even recover your money from judgments or promissory notes up to twenty years old, even if you previously gave up or retained a collection agency.
Debtors receive the Hubbard Law Office Experience when we collect your past due accounts and judgments by seizing the debtor's bank accounts and automobiles and attaching the debtor's wages. When appropriate, we also request that the court find disobedient debtors in contempt of court and request incarceration at the House of Correction.
For most collection cases, we do not charge a fee unless recovery is successful. We will show you how your collection costs may be added to the debtor's balance to maximize your recovery. We will also review your forms and invoices to allow recovery of the attorney fees and collection costs you pay in a fixed amount or as determined by the court.
Once you turn over a debtor to the Law Office of Richard R. Hubbard, your only additional experience with the debtor will be opening an envelope with a check inside for payment of the debt they owe you.
