Thank you for your interest in our debt collection legal services. All cases are accepted on a contingency fee basis--if we don't collect the funds due to you, we don't get paid. Our fee is 45% of the first $499 collected, and 33% of amounts over that. If your case must go to trial (90% of our cases do not require trials), the contingency fee is 50%.
