Download the Excel spreadsheet, complete the rows, and transfer the sheet, along with back up information, such as signed contracts or invoices, using our secure file upload found on the right.
Upload new placement spreadsheets and supporting documents using the fields on the right. Here's How:
1. Use the Excel spreadsheet to enter your cases. 2. Save the spreadsheet on your desktop or "My Documents" with a unique name, for example: ABCompany0910 3. Click on a Browse button (right) to navigate to that file in your computer. You may upload more than one file at a time (for example, a spreadsheet of new placements is the first upload file, and scanned invoices and contracts are additional uploads).
Why upload? It is more secure (128 bit encryption) than email, or even the US Mail! This format conforms to all Massachusetts data security laws, which are among the toughest in the country. Your data is secure, there is no "split second" in the email transaction process when a hacker can intercept your consumer data. This system allows for large size files to be uploaded quickly, no clogging your system waiting for an email to process.
