The interior is a work-in-progress. The home has a large main room, open to the kitchen, dining and living areas. A bar separates the kitchen from living room. There are plenty of cabinet and closet spaces in the main area, with a well equipped kitchen, including tableware for 12. Along the hallway is a utility closet with a large sink, and front load washer and dryer. Across the hallway is the guest bath. The street side of the house features a master bedroom with linen closet, large walk in closet, and a separate toilet/shower and sink area. The master bedroom will have a queen size bed. There is a guest bedroom at that end of the house, to be furnished with two twin beds which convert to a king. Find the furniture layout in the pictures in the album below, complete with potential color choices on the walls and fabric swatches (remember--work-in-progress!).
Painting is happening now, appliances are being delivered 11/21, and furniture shortly thereafter (the plan is pre-Thanksgiving). come back and take a look at more photos as progression is made!
